  • Refund/Cancellation Policy


    The following information is designed to assist you with your purchase from Partners Abroad.

    These Terms and Conditions of Trading apply to all consumer contracts between Partners Abroad Ltd and our subcontractors ('us/we/our') and the Customer ('you/your') in relation to all sales of goods and services.

  • Product Specifications

    We have a policy of continuous product development and reserve the right to amend the specification of products without prior notice in relation to future sales.

    Goods supplied may differ as a consequence from those on display or advertised. Unless agreed with you, the goods supplied will be of equivalent value, functionality and appearance. Any significant variations will be highlighted on the display model.

  • Measurements

    The measurements of all furniture and furnishings made by us will be as accurate as possible, but are nevertheless approximate.

  • Prices

    We will confirm the correct price of goods/purchases at the time of your order. The prices advertised on our website must only be used as a guide

  • Payments

  • With all methods of payment you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50 per cent of the price as a deposit when you place your order.

    We require payment in full before delivery of goods

    We will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of your estimated delivery date and at this time the balance of any monies due will be payable. Only once we have received the balance of any monies due in cleared funds, will we be able to confirm your actual delivery date.

    Ownership of the goods will not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the goods together with any delivery or other charges you are required to pay.

  • Delivery

  • We will deliver your furniture/whitegoods/purchases to any Northern Cyprus address.

    If we accidentally damage goods in the course of delivery, then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

    We will confirm a delivery date with you prior to dispatch by email/telephone.

    We are not able to specify a delivery time on the delivery day. We will however indicate a morning or afternoon delivery.

  • Goods Cancellation/Refunds

  • You may cancel your goods order within 48 hrs . If we have not dispatched your order in that time, you will receive a full refund.

    Once sofas and fabrics are ordered from us or you order made to measure curtains, your order may not be cancelled by you as these have been made especially for you. All other furniture orders you have the right to cancel the order up to 7(seven) days before the delivery date, but if you do so we shall retain the deposit.

  • Reservation Deposits Cancellation/Refunds

  • Before you make a reservation deposit please check if it is fully refundable, part refundable or non-refundable. This will be stated clearly at the time of your purchase.

  • Credit card and debit card payments

  • Payment by credit card or debit card is a fast and reliable. If you are paying by credit card or debit card, we will contact you for card details via telephone.

    For security reasons, we do not keep any credit card or debit card details on-line or in our office. Once processed, we destroy all notes about credit card and debit card information.

    Please note that if you request a “charge back” from your credit card company we will incur penalties and these penalties will be passed onto you. To help prevent any penalties please contact us first if you have any concerns or would like to cancel an order or request a refund.
